21:00-21:40 Dorothy's Legs concert
Following their 2012 kickoff, the duo Lili Walters (vocals) and Máté Szilágyi (guitar, keyboard, composer and visuals) soon achieved great success, as their song Marble was referred to as one of the favourite hits of 2013. Their synthpop songs mixed with a punkish attitude develop slowly, but the tension in the music and Lili’s suggestive singing always amazes the audience.
22:00-23:00 Imre Kiss (Farbwechsel / Lobster Theremin) live act
Born in Slovakia, having spent some time in London and now living in Budapest, the graphic artist/composer launched his album Midnight Wave in 2013, which was considered one of the most powerful debuts of the year. His repetitive, minimal music undoubtedly gets our inner cinema rolling, his hallucinative IDM electronics give room to mesmerizing images.
23:00-24:00 The Stanley Maneuver DJ-set
The Budapest-based B O U N C E Collective plays a wide range of current urban music; their club nights are mandatory for those who approach the concept of electronic dance music with an open mind. As a member of the team, Eyto mixes far from straightforward bass/house tunes, while The Stanley Maneuver ‘s alterego is distanced even further from the usual song form, achieving a hypnotic effect with his murky, abstract noises.

17:00-20:00 „In Museum” – Marie Chouinard (CAN) 3 hours solo performance
IN MUSEUM takes place in a room through which the public freely circulates. A visitor is invited to enter a designated space and reveal, almost in secret, a hope or a wish to the dancer. The performance brings to mind the white-clad Pythia, the prophetess of Delphi. IN MUSEUM progresses from each exchange between the artist and her visitor. From these exchanges comes a personalized reply, a free dance of dazzling spontaneity. Between each encounter the dancer refocuses before once again giving form and shape to the invisible for, as she says, “The present is our only eternity”. The history of Pythia and the act of divination may remain a mystery, but the inscription at the entrance to Apollo’s temple at Delphi has lost none of its truth: “Know thyself and thou will know the universe and the gods.”
In 1978 Marie Chouinard presented her first work, Crystallization, which immediately established her as an exceptional artist. After 12 years as a solo performer and choreographer, Marie Chouinard founded her own company in 1990, the Compagnie Marie Chouinard. She has created more than 50 solo and group works. The works created since 1978 reflect the concerns of this surprising choreographer: her view of dance as a sacred art, her respect for the body as a vehicle of that art.

21:00-21:20 „Fragments” – Duet of Nelson Reguera and Gergő Bukta (Pál Frenák Company)
The performance represents the combined multiple elements of Pál Frenák’s works in one single element. Defining the space by its own layout, Nelson Reguera and Gergő Bukta will embed several fragments to present in one single activity. When two individuals in different lines cross paths, they form a single element of the fragment itself.
21:40-22:00 „genderstudies 1” - Viktória Dányi, Csaba Molnár and Áron Porteleki
The three performers of the piece are in constant transformation of genders, roles and hierarchies. An encounter of three faceless forms, left bare in their own worlds after being stripped of their external layers. Having already worked together, the three performers have begun a collective exploratory endeavour for the Night of Museums, resulting in genderstudies 1.
22:20-22:40 “Armor-dragon!!” – Duet of Anna Biczók and András Meszerics
The dream world of our heroes is a larva, internal brilliance in a rough desert. Glamorous children’s fantasies, ponies in unicorn’s skin. "Real ecstasy duet"
23:00-23:20 “Dawn- adaptation” – Hodworks
Hodworks’s Dawn is the creation of movement. The body as a landscape is seen intimately close. The naked body is clad by the mounds of muscles, the creases of the skin, the impressions of touch, and the rose of the cheek. The suppressed, taboo nature of the body as machine and animal is shown. The constant change and interaction renders this daring, exploratory performance of human-physical experience a feat requiring great strength, refinement and attention. Another prejudice-free, liberal and radical exploration of the body by Adrienn Hód.
Performers: Emese Cuhorka, Júlia Garai, Csaba Molnár, Márcio Canabarro
Choreography: Adrienn Hód

In the last ten years he has tried a lot of genres from reggae through r’n’b to funky, but what is closest to his heart is playing the jazz guitar. At the Night of Museums he will perform standards and own compositions with János Egri (bass) and Balázs Pecze (trumpet).
22:00-23:00 János Nagy (piano) and Tamara Mózes (piano/vocal) concert
Erkel award winning composer and jazz pianist János Nagy in a piano duet with pianist/singer Tamara Mózes. Owing to the two keyboards and a singing voice, the special formation allows a broad space for musical ideas; freely floating in the ever-changing possibilities of playing together, the musicians guide the audience through new universes.
00:00-01:00 Rozina Pátkai (vocal) and Mátyás Tóth (guitar) concert
Rozina Pátkai has been active since 2010 in various formations and her band was featured in MÜPA’s Jazz Showcase in 2013. This night she plays a duet with Mátyás Tóth. Their main focus being bossa nova, the authentic performance of the Brasilian melodies and their unique approach makes their show a special event. Breaking with tight form, their music allows for improvisation, modern elements and random ideas.
Their show Bossa Novas won an award at the 2011 Budapest Fringe Festival, and was also rewarded with a Sell-out Show Laurel at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. They also received recognition as the Best Duet at the Gödöllő Jazz and Pop Music Festival.
