The Ludwig Museum's new initiative, the Art & Wine Lover's Club, aims to introduce successful international and Hungarian wineries, also the novelties and aspiring talents of the recent gastro revolution in Hungary - while the programmes are inspired by our exhibitions or by the museum's collection pieces and shows.
Date: 9 October 2015, Friday, 7 - 9.30 p.m.
Exclusive guided tour in the temporary exhibition Ludwig Goes Pop + The East Side Story, followed by wine tasting. Choice wines and champagne are provided by the Kreinbacher Birtok winery and contribute to make this exquisite cultural experience even more memorable.
Kreinbacher is the first among wineries on Somló Hill in Western Hungary to produce champagne - indeed, with great success.
The wine tasting is accompanied by another special event, a fashion show where Boglárka Bódis fashion designer presents samples of her newest autumn collection. In 2015 Ms Bódis was given the acknowledgement "Fashion Designer of the Year" on the gala evening titled "Women of the Year" organised yearly by Glamour Magazine.
