Contemporary art education workshop for teachers, museum educators and museum workers.
Once in a month on Tuesdays, following the opening of a new temporary exhibition, 14.00-18.00
The purpose of the series:
- to propagate contemporary art knowledge (not just visual arts),
- to promote awareness of contemporary art by presenting innovative, alternative teaching methods, and
- to provide a forum, a creative workshop and a community-forming event.
Ped.Tuesday consists of four interrelated units:
- Learning about the Ludwig Museum’s new temporary exhibitions, with a curator.
- A commentary or talk by someone involved in the area.
- Possibilities for museum-education treatment of the exhibition for school groups.
- Closing session, a separate, more academic art analysis series
