One of the aims of the ‘Gyüttment’ Festival is to strengthen the relationship between urban and rural culture. The annual festival is held in different places each year, thus the festival provides a brief encounter with the life of the host village. The project is the complement of this short meeting with the hope that its impact will be long lasting, as the planned program is both suitable for architectural workshops and problem-solving suggestive activities. The goal is to establish a long-term and different kind of co-operation between the village and the visitors of the festival. The program is largely focused on local knowledge and materials to explore the possibilities for co-operation.
