The project is located in Komló where a large number of vulnerable social groups live. These people live in similar social conditions such as the story of István Kolompár, “Dragon Lee”. The backbone of the collaborative work is a theatrical performance that offers an important platform for raising awareness for vulnerable social groups. The project includes the development of personal and collective advocacy skills, the advancement of a realistic self-esteem. Furthermore, the understanding of the possibility of leadership and autonomy, the experience of being part of a community and the acquisition of critical thinking. The main goal is therefore to help individuals and groups who are in the state of “learned helplessness” to better understand and overcome their personal and social difficulties. The local co-operating partner of the project are the ‘Belső Tűz Egyesület’ [Inner Fire Association] from Komló. They help reaching young children and adults who can aid in implementing the project.
