Ludwig Museum's artist portrait videos are designed to give viewers a better understanding of the artworks and artists of the museum's collection. In each video an artist tells about his works, their background and the process of creation.
Selections from the Collection
Ludwig Museum's collection is one of the few public collections that can be browsed online entirely. To make it easier for the viewer to get a better perception of the collection, our curators pre-selected the artworks based on a thought, or a concept. This way we can always re-thematize the collection and place them in new context.
