Contemporary art education workshop for teachers, museum educators and museum workers.
The purpose of the series:
- to propagate contemporary art knowledge (not just visual arts), to promote awareness of contemporary art by presenting innovative, alternative teaching methods, and to be a forum, creative workshop and community-forming event.
It consists of four interrelated units:
1. Learning about the Ludwig Museum’s new temporary exhibitions, with a curator.
2 A commentary or talk by someone involved in the area.
3. Possibilities for museum-education treatment of the exhibition for school groups.
4. Closing session, a separate, more academic art analysis series, guest: Dr Katalin Cserjés, lecturer, University of Szeged.
